# Exam Score

The **Exam Score** feature allows you to create and upload applicant examination scores for a specific admission setup.

## Access and Navigation

Navigate to **Admission Decision > Exam Score** to access this feature.

## Exam Score

### Create a New Exam Score Sheet

* Click **Create Exam Score Sheet** on the upper-right side of the page

* A pop-up will appear. Fill in the required fields:
  * **Description** – Title of the score sheet
  * **Admission Setup** – The admission session the score sheet will apply
  * **Exam Scoring Config** – Scoring configuration to be used. *(Ensure there is an active configuration set under Exam Settings > Exam Score Settings.)*
  * Click **Create** to proceed

### Download the Template

* Click the **Download Template** button beside the score sheet
* A `.xls` file will download. Fill this out with the applicants’ scores

### Open the Exam Score Sheet

* Once you’ve filled in the template, click **Upload Exam Scores** next to the score sheet

* You will be redirected to the **Exam Score Sheet** page, where you can:
  * View applicant names and their scores
  * Use functions like **Download**, **Upload**, **Compute**, and **Lock**

## Exam Score Sheet

### Overview

The **Exam Score Sheet** page allows you to upload, calculate, and lock applicant examination scores.

### Access and Navigation

Access this page by clicking **Upload Exam Scores** from the **Exam Score** menu.

### Upload Exam Scores

* Click the **Upload** button in the upper-right corner
* Upload the filled-out `.xls` template from the previous step

### Compute Scores

* Click **Compute** on the upper-right to calculate exam results

* Choose a computation method:
  * **Compute Newly Added** – Calculates only blank/uncalculated cells
  * **Recompute All** – Recalculates all values and overwrites existing data

### Lock the Score Sheet

Locking is final and disables further uploads or edits.

* To finalize the score sheet, click **Lock** in the upper-right

* Confirm the action when prompted

### Download the Exam Score Sheet

* Click **Download** on the upper-left
* A `.xls` file will be downloaded, containing:
  * Applicant names and codes
  * Their respective exam scores
