The Late Scholarship Awarding feature allows users to view, assign, and manage scholarships or financial aid granted to applicants.
Only applicants who have been tagged with scholarships or financial assistance will appear in this list.
Go to Admission Decision > Late Scholarship Awarding from the main menu.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Use the filters on the upper-left side of the page to narrow down the applicant list:
View Transferred Applicants – Enable to include transferred applicants
Admission Setup – Select the relevant admission setup
Scholarship Request – Filter applicants based on whether they have been awarded scholarship amounts
To locate specific applicants:
Go to the Search by filter on the upper-right side of the page
Choose your search parameter (e.g., name, school, etc.)
Click the Search (magnifying glass) icon and enter your keyword
To view scholarship or discount details:
Click the View (eye) icon beside the applicant's name
A pop-up window will display the non-editable details of the applicant’s awarded discounts
To edit the scholarship or discount values:
Click the Edit (Pencil) icon beside the applicant's name
A pop-up window will appear showing editable discount details
Enter or adjust the Total Amount field as necessary
Click Save to apply the changes
