# Downloads

The **Files Ready for Download** feature allows you to access and download reports or files generated within the system.

## Access and Navigation

This feature can be accessed under the **Downloads** menu in Edusuite Admissions.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.

## Download Files

* Locate the desired file in the list
* Click the **Download** button on the right side of the filename to retrieve the file

## Remove Files from the List

* Click the **Clear** button on the right side of the filename

* Confirm your decision in the pop-up prompt to remove the file from the list
