Access and Navigation
The Applicant List Report can be accessed under the Reports module in Edusuite Admissions.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Download the Report
Navigate to Reports → Applicant List
Set the filters according to your needs:
Admission Setup – Select the admission cycle or setup from which the applicants will be retrieved
School – Choose whether to display applicants currently enrolled in your school or those from outside
Options – Select the type of report to generate:
All School Examinees
All Examinees per Session (with photo)
All Examinees per Session (without photo)
Examination Room Master List
Decision per Applicant
Applicant Confirmation
Family Interview
Strategic Information
Alumnus Guardians
Once filters are set, click Download to generate and save the report
