The Cancelled Applications feature allows you to view and restore applications that have been previously cancelled.
You can find Cancelled Applications under the Resolution menu.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Use the filter located at the upper-left side of the page to limit the displayed applicants by Admission Setup.
Set the Search by filter on the upper-right side of the page
Click the Magnifying Glass icon
Enter keywords (e.g., applicant name, reference number) to locate specific applicants
Click the View button on the right side of an application to open a pop-up containing the complete applicant details.
While viewing the applicant’s details, click Restore Application on the right side of the page
Confirm your decision to reinstate the application
