# Manage Applicants
The **Manage Applicants** feature allows you to oversee and process ongoing applications, including filtering, searching, viewing details, and handling withdrawals or cancellations.
## Access and Navigation
You can access **Manage Applicants** from the **Resolution** menu.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.

## Filters
Use the filters at the upper-left side of the page to refine the list of displayed applicants:
* **Application** – Filter by duplicate applicants, pending withdrawal requests, or all applications
* **Applicant Status** – Filter based on the applicant’s current status (e.g., For Payment, For Review, For Processing, etc.)
* **Admission Setup** – Show applicants from a specific admission setup
## Search Applicants
* Set the **Search by** filter at the upper-right side of the page
* Click the **Magnifying Glass** icon
* Enter the keyword (e.g., applicant name, reference number) to find specific applicants
## Withdrawing Applications
* Select the checkbox on the left side of each application you wish to withdraw
* Click **Withdraw Applications** on the upper-right side of the page
* In the pop-up window, choose the **application withdrawal type** from the available options
* Confirm your decision
## View Applications
Click the **View** button on the right side of an application to open a pop-up displaying all applicant details.
## Cancel an Application
While viewing an applicant’s details, click **Cancel Application** on the right side of the page and confirm your decision.
