Privacy Policy

The School Privacy Policy feature allows administrators to manage and publish the school’s privacy policy for applicants. This ensures that applicants are well-informed about how their data is collected, stored, and used.

Access and Navigation

The School Privacy Policy can be accessed under the School Settings page.

Modify the Privacy Policy Content

  • Click Enable Privacy Policy to activate the privacy policy setup

  • Enter or update the policy content using the provided text field

  • Use formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, lists) to structure the content clearly

  • Click Save Changes to apply the updates

Set Up the Privacy Policy URL

  • If the school already hosts its privacy policy on its website, you can link it instead

  • Click Enable Privacy Policy URL

  • Enter the URL/link in the text box provided

  • Click Save Changes to finalize the setup
