# Privacy Policy

The **School Privacy Policy** feature allows administrators to manage and publish the school’s privacy policy for applicants. This ensures that applicants are well-informed about how their data is collected, stored, and used.

## Access and Navigation

The **School Privacy Policy** can be accessed under the **School Settings** page.

## Modify the Privacy Policy Content

* Click **Enable Privacy Policy** to activate the privacy policy setup
* Enter or update the policy content using the provided text field
* Use formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, lists) to structure the content clearly
* Click **Save Changes** to apply the updates

## Set Up the Privacy Policy URL

* If the school already hosts its privacy policy on its website, you can link it instead
* Click **Enable Privacy Policy URL**
* Enter the URL/link in the text box provided
* Click **Save Changes** to finalize the setup
