Privacy Policy

The School Privacy Policy feature allows administrators to manage and publish the school’s privacy policy for applicants. This ensures that applicants are well-informed about how their data is collected, stored, and used.
Access and Navigation
The School Privacy Policy can be accessed under the School Settings page.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Modify the Privacy Policy Content
Click Enable Privacy Policy to activate the privacy policy setup
Enter or update the policy content using the provided text field
Use formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, lists) to structure the content clearly
Click Save Changes to apply the updates
Set Up the Privacy Policy URL
If the school already hosts its privacy policy on its website, you can link it instead
Click Enable Privacy Policy URL
Enter the URL/link in the text box provided
Click Save Changes to finalize the setup
