# Recommendation Settings
## Recommender Instruction Setup
The **Recommender Instruction Setup** feature allows administrators to create and manage the instructions applicants will see when providing recommender details. This ensures applicants clearly understand the process and requirements for submitting recommendations.
### Access and Navigation
You can access **Recommender Instruction Setup** under the **School Settings** page.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.

### Modify the Recommendation Instructions
* Use the text field to add or edit the instructions for applicants
* Apply formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, lists) to make the instructions clear and easy to follow
* Click **Cancel** to disregard any unsaved changes
* Click **Save Changes** to apply and publish the updated instructions
## Recommendation Request Letter Setup
The **Recommendation Request Letter Setup** feature allows administrators to create and manage the instructions that recommenders will see when opening a recommendation request. This ensures clarity and proper guidance for recommenders throughout the process.
### Access and Navigation
You can access **Recommendation Request Letter Setup** under the **School Settings** page.
