Recommender Instruction Setup
The Recommender Instruction Setup feature allows administrators to create and manage the instructions applicants will see when providing recommender details. This ensures applicants clearly understand the process and requirements for submitting recommendations.
Access and Navigation
You can access Recommender Instruction Setup under the School Settings page.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Modify the Recommendation Instructions
Use the text field to add or edit the instructions for applicants
Apply formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, lists) to make the instructions clear and easy to follow
Click Cancel to disregard any unsaved changes
Click Save Changes to apply and publish the updated instructions
Recommendation Request Letter Setup
The Recommendation Request Letter Setup feature allows administrators to create and manage the instructions that recommenders will see when opening a recommendation request. This ensures clarity and proper guidance for recommenders throughout the process.
Access and Navigation
You can access Recommendation Request Letter Setup under the School Settings page.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Edit the Recommendation Request Instructions
Use the text field to add or edit the instructions for recommenders
Apply formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, bullet points) to highlight key details
Click Cancel to disregard unsaved changes
Click Save Changes to apply and publish the updated instructions
