Student Directory

Purpose: Export students based on different statuses with customizable fields

Field Name

Description

School Year

Choose to export data from a school year or not

Unit

Filter data to be exported based on your school's units (GS, JHS, SHS)

Status

Further filter student to be exported based on status: All Statuses, Enrolled, Enlisted, Pending, Deactivated

Year Level / Strand

Fields to display

Choose from the available SIS Fields that you would want to extract.

Terms Summary Report

Purpose: Exports a report that contains the average grades of selected grade levels or sections by term.

1) Go to Student Reports, then click on Terms Summary

2) Select the corresponding filters for your report:

  • School Year

  • Terms to Generate -- You can choose to generate all terms or only a select few

  • Grade Level

  • Sections Included -- This option only appears if you've unchecked the 'Include all sections' option under Grade Level.

3) Once you've set your filters, click the Download Report button.

Your report's download speed will depend on the filters you've set. The more data needed to be extracted, the longer it is for the report to be exported.

4) Below is an example of the Terms Summary Report

  • Average of selected terms - the computed average is only based on the term filters exported.

There may be possible discrepancies from this report against the grades seen in a student's report card if grades for the remaining non-filtered/selected terms have already been encoded by faculty members.

Master Grading Sheet

Purpose: A report which contains the final grades of students for all subjects of a section or year level.

1) Go to Student Reports, then click Master Grading Sheet.

2) Select the corresponding filters for your report:

  • Terms to Generate -- Currently, you can only download one term at a time.

  • Grade Level

  • Sections Included -- This option only appears if you've unchecked the 'Include all sections' option under Grade Level.

3) Once you've set your filters, click the Download Report button.

Your report's download speed will depend on the filters you've set. The more data needed to be extracted, the longer it is for the report to be exported.

Report Card

Purpose: This feature allows you to download the report cards of students in bulk based on your preferred filters. This currently only allows you to download from the current School Year.

1) Go to Student Reports, then click Report Card.

2) Select for which grade levels or sections you will be exporting.

3) Once you've set your filters, click the Download Report button.

Your report's download speed will depend on the filters you've set. The more data needed to be extracted, the longer it is for the report to be exported.
