# Non-Academic Scoresheet

This feature allows you to manage non-academic scoresheets.

## Access and Navigation

**The Non-Academic Scoresheet** is available under the **Ongoing Classes** module

If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.

## Filter the Non-Academic Scoresheet

The available filter of the Non-Academic Scoresheet is 'All' as of the moment. All scoresheets are displayed upon accessing this page.

## Search for a Scoresheet

* To search for a specific score sheet, click on the **Magnifying Glass** icon on the top-right side of the page
* Enter the keywords and press enter

## View Non-Academic Scoresheet

* Under the **Ongoing Classes** menu group, click on the **Non-Academic Score sheet**

* Once you've selected a section, click the **Non-Academic Score Sheet** button

* You will be able to view the score sheet that contains the student's name and the grading template you have created

* A **Search** button is located in the upper right corner of the score sheet. It allows users to quickly find specific statements when multiple statements are configured.

## Encode Grades

* Under **Ongoing Classes**, select a class, then click on **Non-Academic Score Sheets**

* Select the term from the dropdown

* Click on a student's row and assign a grade for each respective column grading

You can navigate the scoresheet by using your arrow keys, enter key, and or tab key.

## Download Scoresheet

To download the scoresheets, click on the **Download** button on the upper-right side of the page. An XLS file will be downloaded.
