This feature enables you to generate and download faculty reports based on selected criteria, providing valuable insights into faculty assignments and performance.
Faculty Reports is under the Reports module
If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen
To download a faculty load report, click on Faculty Load Reports and choose the school year
Click Download Report once filters are set
Once downloaded the report contains the following:
Faculty Last Name
Faculty First Name
Employment Type
Assigned Subject Code
Assigned Subject Description
Assigned Section Name
Assigned Grade Level
Assigned Strand Code
Assigned Subject's Weight
Assigned Subject's Schedule
Assigned Subject's Room assignment
Assigned Subject's Number of Hours
Assigned Subject's Number of students per class
A summary of the Faculty Load is available at the bottom portion of the report
Go to Faculty Reports then click on Employee Assignment Record (SF7)
Select the corresponding school year
Click Download Report once filters are set
