This feature allows you to manage existing students and create new students.

Access and Navigation

The Students page is found under the Users module.

Filter the Student List

  • To filter the students listed, click on the dropdown option on the upper-left side of the page

  • Choose from any of the available filters

    • Active - Students who are enrolled in the current school year

      • New - Students who have just enrolled in the current school year

      • Old - Students who are enrolled in the current school year and also have enrollment records in the previous school year

      • Returnee - Students who are enrolled in the current school year and also have enrollment records in any previous school year except the most recent one

    • Inactive - Students who are not enrolled in the current school year

      • Pending - Old Students who are not enrolled

      • Transferred - Students who have transferred out of the school

      • Graduated - Students who have graduated from the school

Search the Student List

To search for a student, click on the Magnifying Glass icon and enter the student's name/number. The relevant search results will then be displayed.

Import Students via CSV file

  • To Import Student data, click on the Import button on the upper-right side of the page

  • Click on Download Template and format the data as needed

  • Once done, click on Browse and upload the modified file

  • Click Import once done

Create a Student Account

  • To manually create a new student record, click on the Create Student button on the upper-right side of the page

  • Click Create Student once done

View Student Records

  • This will show all records of the students

Download Registration Form

To download the student’s registration form, click on the download button on the right side of the student data

This form is not editable and still under development

Edit a Student Profile

  • To edit a student’s details, click on the Pencil icon on the far-right side for the student’s information

  • Make the necessary changes and click Save changes once done

To view the , click on the View Records next to the student details
