This feature allows you to view a student’s details

Access and Navigation

To view the student’s records, click on the View Records next to the student details

Profile

  • The Profile shows the details of a student based on the User Information Fields

  • You may view and edit the fields as needed by clicking on the Pencil icon

Clearance

  • This page shows all Pending, For Verification, and Done clearances assigned to the student

  • You may set the school year to see a different record

  • If you are an assigned reviewer of a clearance, you may also remove or mark the clearance as done on this page

Grades

  • This page shows the grades of the student

  • You may set the school year to see a different record

  • You may also download the student’s report card and permanent records through this page

Payments

  • This page shows the assessment and payment history of a student

  • You may set the school year to see a different record

Discounts

  • This page shows the discounts added to a student

  • You may set the school year to see a different record

  • You may also add and remove discounts on this page

Additional Charges

  • This page shows the penalties and added charges added to a student

  • You may set the school year to see a different record

  • You may also add and remove additional charges on this page

Deliberation

This page shows the deliberation history of the student (passed, retained, etc.)
