This guide will walk you through the steps to access the non-academic score sheets for your class.
Non-Academic Scoresheets can be found under Manage Classes.
To view a score sheet, expand on the class name and click Non-Academic Scoresheet
Once opened, you’ll see the entire scoresheet
Class name - Name of the class/section
Term - Term you are grading
Student list - List of students in the section
Non-Academic columns - Items to be graded
To grade a student, click on the column next to the student name
Grades may differ depending on the setup of the school
Freeform grading - You will manually input the student grades (e.g. comments)
Dropdown - You may select from the available grades
Grades are automatically saved by clicking on any area outside of the textbox/dropdown
The scoresheet tools are available on the upper-right side of the scoresheet
Search - Search for any non-academic component
Download score sheets - Downloads an Excel file of the score sheet
To view the adviser’s remarks, click “Adviser’s Remarks” on the non-academic score sheets page
Once the sheet opens, enter the remarks per student. Remarks are automatically saved by clicking on any area outside of the textbox/dropdown
Question: Why can’t I edit the score sheets?
Answer: This may be due to locked score sheets or insufficient user privileges. Contact your school administrator to enable grade encoding for your account
Question: Why can’t I see any score sheets?
Answer: Ensure that you are assigned as the faculty for the class. If not, check with your administrator to verify faculty assignments, as only assigned faculty members can access score sheets
Question: Why are some students missing from the score sheets?
Answer: The student list is based on the official class roster. If students are missing, confirm with your school administrator to ensure the class list is updated correctly
