# Grades Viewing

Guardians/Parents can use this page to view your child's grades. Depending on the school's utilization of the Edusuite K12 Grading Features, the following are visible in your child's Grades View Table:

* Academic Grades
* Behavioral Marks of Academic Subjects
* Non-Academic Grades
* Club Grades
* Adviser Remarks

## Access and Navigation

Guardians can access the **Grades** page by selecting **Grades** under their child’s name.

## School Year Selection

You can select a specific school year to view your child's records. Changing the grade level will display the records for the chosen school year.

## Report Card Download

To download the report card, click **Email Me This Report Card** in the upper-right corner of the page. You will receive an email with your child's report card, depending on your school's policy.

## Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

**Question:** Why is there no download button for the grades?\
**Answer:** The option to download report cards has been replaced with the **"Email me this report card"** button. This feature still depends on your school's settings, so please check with your school admin to see if it is enabled.

**Question:** Why can’t I view my child’s grades?\
**Answer:** This may be due to a pending hold order or because grade viewing has been disabled by the school admin. It's best to check with your school for more details.

**Question:** I didn’t receive my child’s grades via email. What should I do?\
**Answer:** Ensure that your profile is verified to receive system-generated emails. Also, check your spam or trash folders in case the email was filtered there.
