Preview SOA Instructions

This setting allows you to customize reminders and payment instructions in the SOA Preview sent to students.

Access and Navigation

Preview SOA Instructions can be accessed under Finance > Finance Setup.

Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.

Setup SOA Preview Instructions

• Use the Preview SOA Instructions editor to input relevant instructions

• Click inside the text box to format as needed

• Click Preview located in the upper-right corner to check how the SOA Preview document appears

• Click Save Changes to apply updates
