How to access Edusuite UNI
To access Edusuite, visit your school’s Edusuite URL. The format typically looks like this:
[YourSchoolsInitials].edusuite.asia
The default landing page is the Login Page, where you can view your school’s latest public announcements, updates, and helpful resource links.
How to Activate your Account
If you haven’t received an account activation notification, please contact your school’s system administrator.
Once the system has been set up for your school, you should receive an activation email. This email includes a link labeled “Go to Edusuite.”
Click on the Go to Edusuite link — this will redirect you to the password reset page
Follow the on-screen instructions to create your password
Once confirmed, you can proceed to log in to your account
How to Reset your Password
If you forgot your password:
On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
Enter your registered email address and complete the CAPTCHA verification
Click Send Reset Link
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the reset instructions
How to Log In
On the login page, enter your registered email address and password
Click the Login button to access your account
How to Log Out
While logged in, click your display name located below the school logo
Select “Logout” from the dropdown menu

Question: What is the session timeout duration in Edusuite?
Answer: The system automatically logs out after 1 hour of inactivity.
Question: How many failed login attempts are allowed before a lockout?
Answer: You are allowed up to 3 failed attempts before your account is temporarily locked.
Question: How long should I wait before attempting to log in again after being locked out?
Answer: Please wait 10 minutes before trying to log in again.
Question: I'm not receiving emails from Edusuite (e.g., password reset, verification). What should I do?
Answer:
Check your Spam or Trash folders in case the email was filtered.
If using a school email, review any active filters that may block incoming messages.
If the issue persists, contact the Edusuite Support Team to verify system logs and email delivery status.
