# Manage Classes

The **Manage Classes** feature allows you to handle your teaching assignments, from historical data to current and future classes.

## Access Manage Classes

Go to **Utilities > Manage Classes**

## Classes

* Use the drop-down menu to select the academic year (SY)
* All associated classes for the selected SY will be displayed

* View classes available for assignment
* Accept or reject offers:
  * ✅ Click the **check mark** to accept
  * ❌ Click the **X mark** to decline

* View the classes you're teaching in the selected term

* Click a class to view details like enrolled students, grades, and attendance

## Grading

Easily update student grades for your classes.

### How to Update Grades

* Click the grade field for the desired student
* Enter the new grade
* Click **Save Changes** to confirm

### **Download Class List**

Generate a downloadable version of your class list.
