Previous Term Scoresheet Access
Administrators and Faculty Members can now access scoresheets and class lists from previous terms. Previously, access to the scoresheets were limited to the current term or semester.

Clearance 2.0
Introducing Hold orders for Grades Viewing and Enlistment: Clearances can now be applied to restrict grades viewing and enlistment separately. An additional option is also available where some clearances will not restrict a student for both grades viewing and/or enlistment.
Student Portal Changes
Students can now view their grades other than the final grade given; ie Midterms, Prelims. Admins will have control over when each grading period grade is to be displayed for all students.
Faculty Portal Changes
Classes are now grouped by Cycles in the Manage Classes section by default.
Reports Enhancements
Student Reports: Filter select reports by College and Programs to get only the data you need. This applies to the Enrollment Report, Enrollment Summary and Grades Summary Reports.

New co-requisite subjects tagging feature added.

During forecasting and enlistment, a student that is advised co-requisite subjects will be required to enlist all courses tagged as co-requisite of the subject advised.
Users may now download a student's assessment form from the Enlistment page.
Grading
New exam permit behavior: by default, faculty members will not be able to add or encode the grades of students with exam permit status 'NO'.
'Override Exam Permit Status' toggle was added to temporarily allow faculty members to encode the grades of students regardless of Exam Permit Status.
Finance
Students whose clearances were automatically generated will now also be automatically marked 'Done' once payment is recorded for the full promised amount.

Create new program revisions from an existing version
