Transaction History

Only assessments or enlistments processed through Edusuite will be available for viewing in the 'My payments' section.

Click on the 'My payments' tab on the left side of the page.

You will be redirected to a page where you can review all transactions for all the terms you enrolled via Edusuite.

Pending Payments - Only online payments processed with Edusuite will be displayed here. Pending transactions will display all attempts made by the student to make a payment.

Payment History - All confirmed payments will be displayed here.

Failed Payments - Only online payments processed with Edusuite will be displayed here. Failed transactions will display transactions that have expired and have been marked by Dragonpay as failed.

On the right side of the screen, you will see a summary section of your transactions for the currently selected term.

Total Assessment - refers to your total amount due for the term including penalties incurred and discounts deducted.

Total payments - refers to the total amount of payment recorded by the school's cashier on to Edusuite.

Balance - refers to the remaining amount you will need to pay the school for the term.

Overpayment - refers to the excess amount paid for the term. Depending on your school's policy, this amount may either be refunded to you or be transferred or credited to a different term.

A term dropdown is available to select which term you would like to review transactions from.
