Enlistment

The Enlistment feature allows students to select and enlist in their desired courses and class schedules for the upcoming term.

Access and Navigation

You can access the Enlistment Page by clicking the “Go to Enrollment” banner on your Home page.

Terms and Conditions

Before proceeding, you must accept the enrollment Terms and Conditions by clicking the “I Agree” button.

Add Courses

To add courses to your enlistment:

  • Click the + Add Class button

  • Select from the list of available courses

  • Once a course is selected, a second dropdown will appear listing available schedules

  • Choose your preferred schedule

  • Click “Add” to include the course and schedule in your enlistment list

Submit your Enlistment

  • After selecting all desired courses and schedules, click “Enlist” in the upper-right corner of the page

  • Your enlistment request will be queued. Processing time may vary depending on the number of students currently enlisting

  • A success message will appear once enlistment is completed

View Assessment

Once you have successfully enlisted:

  • Click “View Assessment” in the upper-right corner of the page

  • A pop-up window will show a detailed breakdown of your fees

  • To select or update your Payment Scheme, use the dropdown menu

  • After making changes, click “Update Payment Scheme” to save

Remove Courses

To remove a previously selected course:

  • Hover over the course and click the Trash Bin icon

  • After making the changes, click Enlist again to submit the updated list

  • Your changes will be queued and processed

  • A confirmation message will appear once the update is successful

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question: I can’t click “Go to Enrollment”

Answer: Hover over the button to see the reason. Common requirements that may prevent access:

  • Pending clearance or hold order

  • Unverified profile

  • Enrollment is not yet open for your program


Question: I was auto-enlisted Answer: Your school has enabled automatic enlistment. For clarification, please contact your school administrator.


Question: I can’t add, remove, or change my enlisted courses Answer: The school may have restricted enlistment modifications. Please reach out to your school admin for assistance.


Question: I encountered an enlistment error Answer: Take a screenshot of the error message and contact your school for further help.
