This feature allows you to set the variables for Non-Academic grading. This manages the non-academic rubrics that are graded.
The Non-Academic Grading Systems setup can be found under Grading Setup > Non-Academic > Grading Systems.
If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click the + New button to create a new Non-Academic Grading System.
Fill out the necessary details:
Name - what to call the component
Description - more details about the template
Type - Choose between List or Range
Identify and select the Non-Academic Grading Systems you wish to update by clicking the Pencil button.
Update the necessary fields.
To delete an existing Non-Academic Grading Systems, click the Trash bin icon next to the status you want to remove.
A confirmation prompt will appear. If you are sure you want to delete the status, click Yes, Delete.
This action is irreversible; if you make a mistake, you can create a new grading system to replace it.

Fill out the necessary details:
Name - what to call the component
Description - more details about the template
Display total/average column in reports - Additional option if your non-academic template utilizes numeric grades. (ie Attendance)
Once done, click Add Grading Template button.
Display total/average column in reports options:
Do not compute column to display the final grade - Will not display the additional ave/sum column
Show the sum grade of all terms - Computes for the sum of grades.
Show the average grade of all terms - Computes for the average of grades.
Click View to add rubrics or components.
From the drop-down menu under Applies to field, select the grade level(s) where the grading template will be applied.
Click Add New Rubric to include various components. Select the corresponding non-academic grading system for each component. If a component requires a text box, select Freeform.
You can add multiple components as needed. Once done, click the Save button.
Identify and select the Non-Academic Grading Template you wish to update by clicking the Pencil button.
Update the necessary fields then click on Save changes once done.
