The Principal's Remarks module functions similarly to the Adviser's Remarks module, allowing authorized users to access a score sheet-like interface to enter comments and remarks for a student's parents or guardians. These remarks can be configured to appear or remain hidden on report cards.
You can access the Principal's Remarks by clicking on Ongoing Classes > Principal's Remarks.
If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Open your section's Principal's Remarks Sheet. You can make use of the term dropdown selector on the upper left portion of the Remarks Sheet to switch from one term to another
Choose a student from the list and click on the text box next to their name. Simply proceed to type the remarks per student
Using your mouse, click on the next text box or press the Tab key on your keyboard to proceed to the next student
Remarks are automatically saved when you click anywhere outside the remarks text box you were updating.
