Enlistments

This feature allows you to:

  • Enlist classes for students

  • View student assessments

  • Verify enlistments

  • Use auto-scheduling to automatically match students with available subjects based on their curriculum

Access and Navigation

The Enlistment module is found under Enrollment > Enlistment.

Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.

Search for a Student

Use the search bar in the top right corner to find students by name or ID.

Enlist Classes

Auto-Scheduling

  • Click the wand/auto-enlist icon in the upper right corner

  • Wait for the system to process

  • The auto-enlisted subjects will be displayed on the timetable.

Manual Enlistment

  • Click Add Class

  • Select a course and schedule from the dropdown menus

  • Click Add to finalize

  • Advised Subjects: Recommended based on class demand

  • Takeable Subjects: Subjects available based on the student's curriculum

If a subject doesn’t match the student’s program, an alert message will appear.

Enlist Electives

  • Electives are marked with a violet identifier

  • Click Elective Course, select an option, and click Add

  • After enlistment, the elective, its parent course, and schedule will appear

Remove a Class

  • Hover over the enlisted class, then click the Trash Bin icon in the upper right corner

  • After removing a class, the student must be re-enlisted

Verify an Enlistment

  • Click Verify located at the top right of the page

  • A window will appear for comments. If all is okay, click Verify Enlistment

  • Once verified, the Verify button will be disabled (grayed out)

Download an Assessment

Click the Download button located at the top right corner to get an enrollment assessment.

Manage Assessment

View Assessment

  • Click View Assessment

  • You will be able to see the breakdown of payments in this window by clicking on the downward arrows on the left of each category title.

Update Payment Scheme

To update payment:

  • Choose a payment option from the dropdown

  • Click Update Payment Scheme

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK

Question: Can I edit my enlistment?

Answer: Yes, enlistments can be edited for the current or upcoming term.


Question: What is the difference between Advised and Takeable subjects?

Answer:

  • Advised Subjects: Recommended based on class demand

  • Takeable Subjects: Eligible subjects based on the curriculum


Question: Why doesn’t the auto-enlist button work?

Answer: Ensure the Block Enrollment Feature is turned off. You can disable it under Enrollment > Enrollment Setup > General Enrollment Settings > Block Section.
