Admissions Setup

The Admission Setup feature allows schools to configure and manage admissions for an academic term. This includes setting up forms, defining applicant fields, and starting/stopping the admission cycle.
Access and Navigation
Navigate to Planning > Admission Setup to access this feature.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Create a New Admission Setup
Click the New Form Setup button
Fill in all required fields in the form
Click Add Setup to save
Manage an Existing Admission Setup
Once a setup is created, you will have access to the following controls:
Edit Admission Setup – Modify general setup details
Edit Form – Configure and customize the application form
Start/Stop Admission – Launch or close the admission period

Click Edit Admission Setup
Update the necessary fields
Click Save to apply the changes
Edit Form (Application Form Customization)
Click Edit Form to access the application form builder
Add sections or field groups by clicking + New Group on the upper-right
Customize the group as needed:
Label – Name of the group (e.g., Personal Information, Educational Background)
Mark as ‘For Follow-Up’ – Optional fields that applicants can fill in later

Within a group, click + Add Field
Provide details for each field:
Label – Display name of the field
Template Field Type – Predefined fields required for applicant profiles and reporting (e.g., First Name, Birth Date, Address)
Field Type – Choose the type of input accepted:
Text Field – Single-line text input
Number Field (Whole) – Accepts whole numbers only
Number Field (Decimal) – Accepts decimals (up to 10 places by default)
Dropdown – Single selection from a list
Dropdown Multiple – Multiple selections from a list
File – Upload documents or images
Email – Accepts only valid email formats
Date – Accepts date input in
mm/dd/yyyy
formatTabular – Multiple entries with configurable columns
Text Area – Larger text input box (ideal for long answers)
Static Text – Read-only text for instructions or headers
Check Box – Selectable checkbox
Tooltip – Help text displayed on hover.
Add Validation (Optional):
Required – Makes the field mandatory
Max Length – Limits the number of characters
Regex Pattern – Enforces a specific input format
Edit or Delete a Field
To edit a field, click the Pencil icon beside it
To delete a field, click the Trash Bin icon
Start and Stop an Admission
Once an admission is started, the form can no longer be edited.
Click Start Admission to launch the application period and allow applicants to apply
Click Stop Admission to end the intake period
