The Tuition Plans feature allows schools to create and manage tuition plans for a specific term. It also enables students to customize the fee breakdown.

Access and Navigation

Navigate to Finance > Finance Setup to access the Tuition Plans module.

Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.

Create a New Tuition Plan

From Scratch

  • Click the +New Plan button on the upper-right corner

  • Select “From Scratch” from the submenu

  • Enter the required Label detail

  • Click Add Payment Plan to save

From an Existing Plan

  • Click the +New Plan button on the upper-right corner

  • Select "From Existing Plan" from the submenu

  • Enter the required Label details

  • Choose an existing tuition plan to duplicate

  • Click Add Payment Plan to save

Edit a Tuition Plan

  • Select the tuition plan you want to edit and click the Pencil icon

  • Modify the Label as needed

  • Click Update Payment Plan to save changes

View Fees Setup

  • Click View Plan on the desired tuition plan

  • The latest revision of the tuition plan will be displayed with fees classified alphabetically by type

View a Different Tuition Plan Revision

Tuition Plan Revisions are automatically created when a new school term begins.

  • While viewing a tuition plan, click the revision dropdown next to the plan name located in the upper-left corner

  • Select a revision to display the corresponding fee setup

Add a New Fee

  • Select the tuition plan revision to edit

  • Click +New Fee in the upper-right corner

  • Enter the required details:

    • Label - Name of the fee

    • Account Code - Tag to an existing account code (if applicable)

    • Fee Type - Select the type of fee

    • Price - Set the amount

    • Applies To - Define conditions for affected students

  • Click Add Fee to save

Edit a Fee

  • Select the tuition plan revision to edit then click the Pencil icon next to the fee

  • Modify the necessary fields

  • Click Update Fee to save changes

Delete a Fee

  • Select the tuition plan revision to edit

  • Click the Trash Bin icon next to the fee

  • Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete

Delete a Tuition Plan

  • Select the tuition plan to delete

  • Click the Trash Bin icon

  • Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete Tuition Plan

Search for a Tuition Plan

Enter a keyword or exact text in the search bar located in the upper-right corner. Press Enter to find matching results.
