# Enrollment Policy
This feature allows you to add important reminders or additional information for students during enrollment.
## Access and Navigation
The **Enrollment Policy** module is located under **Enrollment > Enrollment Setup**.
Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.

## Set up the Enrollment Policy
* Enter the **Enrollment Policy Header** and **Content**
* Use formatting tools such as lists, font customization, and image insertion
* Click **Save Changes**, then **Preview** to see how students will view the policy
A preview window will pop up, allowing you to verify the content before finalizing.
