This feature allows you to:
View block sections included in the enrollment for the upcoming term
Modify student access to block sections
Only block sections assigned to the enrollment term will be displayed. If any sections are missing, refresh the schedule plan and class demand.
The Block Enrollment Settings module can be found under Enrollment > Enrollment Setup.
Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Allow Students to Enlist by Block
The first toggle (on the right side of the screen) controls whether regular students can enlist in all classes within a block at once. You can enable or disable this setting anytime.
Allow Students to Enlist in Individual Block Courses
The rightmost toggle allows students to enlist in individual slots within a block. Enable this setting if you want to allow irregular students to enlist in specific block subjects.
