# Notification Templates

RegistrationThe **Notification Templates** feature allows schools to customize system-generated SMS and email notifications sent to users across various modules.

## Access and Navigation

You can access Notification Templates by navigating to **Settings > Notification Templates**

If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.

## How to Enable/Disable Notifications

* To **enable** notifications via SMS, email, or the mobile app, simply check the corresponding boxes
* To **disable**, uncheck the selected notification channels

## Edit Notification Templates

* Click the **Pencil** icon beside the notification name you wish to customize

* A list of available **variables** will be provided to help you personalize the message

* The editor supports **HTML**, and a **live preview** is displayed in a separate screen below
* After editing, click **Update Template** to save your changes

## Student Registrations Notifications

| Pre-Registration          | Students      | Prompts students to fill out their registration form    |
| Verified Registration     | Students      | Notifies applicants when their registration is verified |
| New Student Registration  | Students      | Confirms successful submission of the registration form |
| New Guardian Registration | Guardians     | Confirms successful registration of a guardian account  |
| Accepted Registration     | Students      | Notifies applicants of successful acceptance            |
| Rejected Registration     | Students      | Notifies applicants if their application is rejected    |

## General Notifications

| Generated Report      | Admins        | Delivers system-generated reports to admins                                   |
| Student Grades        | Students      | Notifies students when their grades are available                             |
| Clearance Added       | All users     | Alerts users when a clearance requirement is assigned to them                 |
| Clearance Marked Done | Admins        | Informs reviewers when students mark clearance requirements as done           |
| Reset Password        | All users     | Sent when a password reset request is initiated                               |
| Email Verification    | All users     | Sent when users need to verify their email addresses                          |
| Account Activation    | All users     | Notifies users when their accounts are created or when their email is updated |

## Finance notifications

| Tuition Due Date Reminder    | Students      | Sent two weeks before tuition due date                      |
| Statement of Account Preview | Students      | Sends a tentative assessment for the upcoming term with PDF |
| Statement of Account         | Students      | Sends the current term’s statement of account with PDF      |

## Enrollment Notifications

| Enlistment Verification        | Students      | Confirms that the student’s enlistment has been verified    |
| Slot Expiration                | Students      | Alerts students that their subject enlistments have expired |
| Before Subject Slot Expiration | Students      | Reminds students about soon-to-expire enlisted subjects     |
| Cancel Enlistment              | Students      | Sends a confirmation upon subject enlistment cancellation   |
| Officially Enrolled            | Students      | Notifies students that they are now officially enrolled     |
| Enlistment Notice/Receipt      | Students      | Confirms successful enlistment of subjects                  |

## Faculty Notifications

| Allow Updating of Grades          | Faculty       | Informs faculty that grade encoding is now open                |

## Ticket Requests Notifications

| New Ticket Request Filed | Assigned handlers | Notifies assigned users when a new ticket is filed          |
