Payment Channels Manager

Payment Channels allow you to set up links that redirect students to external payment platforms like Dragonpay.
Access and Navigation
Payment Channels can be accessed under Finance > Finance Setup.
Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Add a New Payment Channel
Click +New Payment Channel (upper-right corner)
Enter the required details:
Name
Description (optional)
Logo
Payment Channel Type (Link, Dragonpay, or Unionbank)
Click Save
Update Payment Channel Details
Select a payment channel and click the Pencil icon
Modify the details in the Edit Payment Channel form
Click Show Advanced Settings if needed
Click Save
Enable and Disable Payment Channels
Although not recommended, as it may disrupt students' ongoing transactions, this setting can be updated at any time.
Toggle the Status switch to ON or OFF:
ON: The payment channel is visible in the student portal
OFF: The payment channel is hidden
Rearranging Payment Channels
Drag and drop the three-bar icon next to each channel to reorder
A confirmation message will appear once saved.
Delete a Payment Channel
Select the channel to delete and click the Trash Bin icon
Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Question: Can I pay my reservation fee via Dragonpay?
Answer: Not yet. Contact your school for available payment options.
