Schedules

The Schedules module allows you to create schedules based on a Class Demand to plan for the next term or modify ongoing enrollment schedules. You can assign faculty, schedules, and rooms to classes.
Access and Navigation
The Schedules module is located under Planning.
If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Create a New Schedule Plan
Click + New Schedule Plan (upper-right corner)
Fill out the fields:
Description – Unique identifier for the schedule plan. It is recommended to include the term and school year (e.g., Sched 2nd Sem 2023-2024)
Class Demand – Select an existing class demand as the basis for the schedule plan
Auto-Assign Faculty to Sections – Automatically assigns faculty based on their teaching profiles
Two-Set Calendar Mode – Enables the Schedule Cycle workflow, allowing two schedule sets for a term
Click Add Schedule Plan to finalize
Refreshing Section Count
You cannot refresh a schedule plan if there are student enlistment conflicts. You must first adjust student enrollments.
Select a Schedule Plan and hover over the menu (upper-right corner)
Click Refresh Sections
Select a Class Demand to update. Toggle Auto-Assign Faculty if needed
Click Refresh Schedule Plan to apply changes
Edit a Schedule Plan Description
Select a Schedule Plan and hover over the menu, then click Update
Modify the description as needed. Click Update Schedule Plan
Delete a Schedule Plan
A schedule plan cannot be deleted if it is marked “Open for Enrollment”.
Select a Schedule Plan and hover over the menu, then click Delete
Confirm by clicking Delete again
Search for a Schedule Plan
Enter a keyword or exact name in the search bar (upper-right corner) and press Enter.
