Links Manager

The Links Manager feature allows you to manage and organize the links displayed on your landing page.
Access and Navigation
You can find Links Manager under the Utilities module in the main menu.
Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen
Add a New Link
Click the New Link button located in the upper-right corner of the page
Complete the Add a New Link form:
Name: The name or label of the link
URL Address: The full website address
User Group: Select which user group(s) can view the link Choosing Public will make the link visible to all users, including guests
Link Icon: Upload or choose a custom icon to represent the link visually
Click Add Link to save
Edit a Link
Click the Pencil icon on the right side of the link you want to modify
Update the relevant details
Click Update Link to save your changes
Delete a Link
Click the Trash Bin icon next to the link you want to remove
Confirm the action in the pop-up prompt
Reorder Links
Click and hold the three horizontal bars beside a link
Drag the link to your preferred position
Release to drop — the new order is saved automatically

Question: Can I use the same link for multiple user groups?
Answer: Yes. A single link can be assigned to multiple user groups for broader visibility.
Question: What icon formats are supported?
Answer: Common formats like PNG, JPG, and SVG are supported. For best results, use square icons.
