Track Setup

The Track Setup feature allows you to create, edit, delete, and manage academic tracks, as well as view the strands under each track.
Access and Navigation
You can access Track Setup under the Planning module.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Search for Tracks
Set the Search by filter on the upper-right side of the page
Click the Magnifying Glass icon and enter your keyword(s)
Create a New Track
Click the New button in the upper-right corner
In the pop-up window, enter the following details:
Code – Short identifier for the track
Description – Additional details about the track
Click Add Track to save
Edit a Track
Click the Pencil icon next to the track you want to modify
Update the details in the pop-up window:
Code – Short identifier for the track
Description – Additional details about the track
Click Save Changes to update
Delete a Track
Click the Trash Bin icon next to the track
Confirm your decision to remove it
View Strands
Click the View Strands button on the right side of the track
A new page will display all strands under that track
