Manage Interview Schedule

The Manage Interview Schedule feature allows you to create, manage, and assign applicants to available interview time slots as part of the admissions process.

Access and Navigation

This feature is available under Planning > Manage Interview Schedule.

Filters

Use the filters at the upper-left corner of the page to customize the view of available interview schedules:

  • Admission Setup – Select the relevant admissions batch or setup

  • Date – Filter interview schedules by a specific date

  • Time Range – Specify the start and end times to narrow down schedules within a certain window

Create a New Interview Schedule

  • Click + New Interview Schedule in the upper-right corner of the page

  • In the pop-up form, complete the following details:

    • Description – Name or title of the interview schedule

    • Venue – Location where the interview will be conducted

    • Admission Setup – Select the applicable admission process

    • Capacity – Maximum number of applicants that can be interviewed

    • Date – Date of the interview

    • Time Range – Start and end time of the interview

    • Interviewer – Assign an interviewer for this schedule

  • Click Add Interview Schedule to save

View an Interview Schedule

  • Interview schedules marked with a warning icon (!) indicate no interviewer has been assigned

  • Click the View Details button on the far right of any schedule to open its details in a pop-up window

Assign Applicants to an Interview Schedule

  • In the schedule details pop-up, click Add Applicant

  • A pop-up will display a list of eligible applicants

  • Select the desired applicant and click Add Applicant to assign them to the schedule

Manage Applicants Within a Schedule

For each assigned applicant, click the menu icon (⋮) on the far-right side to access the following options:

  • View Applicant Info – View the applicant’s submitted application form

  • View Interview Notes – Access any interview notes previously uploaded

  • Mark as Interviewed – Tag the applicant as interviewed

  • Delete – Remove the applicant from the interview schedule

Edit or Delete an Interview Schedule

Click the menu icon (⋮) on the far-right side of the schedule row and choose:

  • Edit – Modify the schedule’s capacity, date, time, or interviewer (Note: Description, Venue, and Admission Setup are not editable once created.)

  • Delete – Permanently remove the schedule
