For the Start Enrollment button to be accessible, make sure you have been able to accomplish all of your child's clearance requirements and hold orders.
You will not be able to proceed with the enrollment process unless your child is cleared of any hold order requirement.
On your home page, the Enrollment Status widget containing all students linked to your account will be displayed.
For each student displayed in the widget, their incoming year level (and strand -- if they're an incoming Senior High School student) along with progress indicators will be displayed. A Go To Step link is visible on the last column of the widget so you can jump ahead to the specific step of your student's enrollment.
The progress indicators will reflect which step of the enrollment process your student is currently in:
Not yet started
For updating of information
For selection of payment schedule and school supplies
For payment
For verification
Enrolled
You can leave the app and return to where you left off. Just click on the Go To Step link in the Enrollment Status widget.
Generally, there are 5 steps in our online enrollment process although this may vary depending on the requirements of your schools as some schools may not opt to make use of some of the features:

Clicking "Go to Step" for students with a "Have not yet started" status will take you to the Enrollment Instructions screen. Here, you will find the school's enrollment guidelines, terms and conditions, and policies that must be reviewed before proceeding with enrollment.
Carefully review the instructions, then check the "I agree with [your school]'s enrollment policy" box to proceed. Once selected, the "Start Enrollment" button will be enabled. Click it to move on to the next step.
In this step, you may be required to update or provide your child's personal, contact, or additional information as requested by the school.
Click the Edit button to update the necessary information. After making changes, click the Save button within each field group to ensure your updates are recorded.
In some cases, you may be required to upload digital copies of certain documents as part of the school's enrollment policies.
Required fields will be marked with a red asterisk (*), and all must be completed before proceeding.
Once all necessary information has been provided, check the "I certify that the following information is true" box. This will enable the Proceed to Mode of Payment button, allowing you to move on to the next step.
Selecting a payment schedule allows you to choose how you wish to pay for your child’s tuition fees. The availability of payment schedules is determined by the school, and options may vary depending on the year level.
After selecting a schedule, a breakdown of fees will be displayed, including the total payables and corresponding due dates. Additionally, this page allows you to choose items (textbooks, school supplies, others) for your child, if applicable, based on the school’s offerings during enrollment. Once a payment schedule is selected, the Proceed to Payment button will be enabled. Click it to continue to the next step.
In the 'For Payment' step, you can review the detailed breakdown of your child's assessment, including any applicable discounts or additional charges. You may download the student’s assessment by clicking on the Download Assessment button next to the Summary of Fees.
The school's payment instructions will be displayed on the right side of the screen for your reference. You can select your preferred payment mode, choosing between online payment or other available payment channels provided by the school.

After settling the balance, your child’s enrollment status will be updated to "Officially Enrolled" in the system. You can re-download the assessment at any time by clicking the "Download Assessment" button next to the Summary of Fees. If you wish to review past payments, clicking the "View Transactions" button will redirect you to the payments page.
Additionally, if the school has enabled email notifications, you will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
Once your payment is confirmed or verified, your child’s status will be updated to "Officially Enrolled" for the school year.
Question: Why are there no textbooks listed? Answer: Please contact your school to obtain the list of available textbooks.
Question: I can't proceed to the next step. Answer: Please review your details and ensure all required information is complete. If you still cannot proceed, contact your school for any additional requirements or assistance.
