Registration Setup

The Registration Setup module defines the necessary information students must provide when registering.

Access and Navigation

You can find the Registration Setup module under Registrations.

Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.

Term Offerings

This setting allows you to enable or disable specific terms for student registration.

  • The section displays four terms: the current term and the next three terms

  • Toggle each term on or off to allow or restrict registration

  • Enabled terms will be available in the registration form

Program Offerings

This setting allows you to enable or disable specific programs for student registration.

  • The section displays all offered programs

  • Toggle each program on or off to allow or restrict registration

  • Enabled programs will be available in the registration form

SIS Requirements

This page allows you to customize the registration fields students must complete.

  • Check or uncheck field groups as needed

  • Checked field groups will appear in the registration form

  • Use the Preview button to review the fields

  • Click Save Changes to apply updates

Adding Fields to the Registration Form

To add new fields, configure the user information fields first:

  • Navigate to Users > User Setup > User Information Fields

  • Click + New Group in the upper-right corner

  • Configure the group's access:

    • Per Field Access – Set permissions for each field individually

    • Field Group Access – Set permissions for the entire group

  • Under Editable By, ensure Public is selected

  • Save your settings

  • The new field group will now be available under SIS Requirements in the Registration Setup module

Terms and Conditions Editor

The Terms and Conditions Editor allows you to define policies and instructions for students before they finalize their registration.

  • Enter and format text in the provided text box

  • Click Preview (upper-right corner) to see how the terms appear on the registration form

  • Click Save Changes when done

Question: What is the maximum file size a student can upload during registration or in their profile?

Answer: 10MB per user field (No restrictions on file types at this time)
