# SOA Preview Manager

The **SOA Preview Manager** allows you to **generate, review, and send** a preview of the **Statement of Account (SOA)** to students. This gives them an estimated amount they may need to pay for the upcoming term's enrollment.

## Access and Navigation

The **SOA Preview Manager** can be found under **Finance**.

Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.

## Generate SOA Preview Documents

### Before Generating the SOA Preview

Ensure that the following have already been set up and generated:

* **Payment Schemes** for the upcoming term
* **Tuition Plans**
* **Class Demand**
* **Preview SOA Instructions**

### Steps to Generate the SOA Preview

* Click the **Generate SOA Preview** button in the upper-right corner of the screen

* A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to **select a Class Demand** as the basis for the SOA Preview

* Click **Generate** to proceed

You can generate the SOA Preview multiple times as needed. However, **previously generated versions will be overwritten** and will no longer be accessible.

## View the SOA Preview Summary

* Once the SOA Previews have been generated, click the **View Details** link in the upper-left corner of the screen

* A pop-up window will appear, displaying a summary of the generated SOA Previews

#### Summary Information Includes:

* **Name** – Student’s name
* **Program** – Student’s academic program
* **Units** – The projected number of units the student is expected to enroll in for the upcoming term (based on the selected Class Demand)
* **Amount** – The estimated total amount the student will need to pay (based on the selected Class Demand, Tuition Plans, and Payment Schemes)
* **Download** – Allows administrators to **download and review** SOA Previews before sending them to students

## Send the SOA Preview to Students

To send SOA Previews to **all students**, click the **"Send SOA"** button located next to the search bar.
