Manage Academic Scoresheets

This guide will walk you through the steps to access the academic scoresheets for your subjects.

Access and Navigation

Academic Scoresheets can be found under Manage Classes.

Choose a Scoresheet View

You may choose to view the scoresheets by subject or by section

  • By Subject - Group the scoresheets by subject. Each section is then shown per subject

  • By Section - Group the scoresheets by section. All subjects being taken by one section are grouped together

View an Academic Scoresheet

  • To view a score sheet, expand on the subject name and click Academic Scoresheet

  • Once opened, you’ll see the entire scoresheet

    • Subject name - Name of the subject

    • Term - Term you are grading

    • Student list - List of students in the section

    • Assessment tools - Raw scores of the students

    • Student grades - Raw and transmuted grades of the student

Add Student Assessment

  • To add an assessment, click on the plus (+) button next to the component header

  • Once done, a new assessment column will show up

  • You may edit the assessment name, max score, and students’ scores by covering and clicking on their respective fields

Grading Students

  • To encode a student’s score, click on the cell next to the student’s name

  • Encode the grades

  • Clicking outside the cell will automatically save the score

You can navigate the scoresheet by using your arrow keys, enter key, and or tab key.

Mark Students as Excused and Add Remarks

  • Add remarks as needed. Checking the “Excused” checkbox will mark the student as excused

  • Clicking outside the Details pop-up will automatically save the remarks

Using Scoresheet Tools

  • Scoresheet tools are available on the upper-right side of the score sheet

    • Use Average - Changes the computation of component scores

    • Send Grades - Send student grades to their guardians

    • Download score sheets - Downloads an Excel file of the score sheet

    • View discussion - View comments from the admin or other staff for the score sheet

Change Sections

  • If you are handling the same subject for different sections, you may click on the Grade Level dropdown

  • This will show you a list of all sections taking the same subject assigned to you

Grading Behavioral Marks

  • If there are configured behavioral marks for the subject, you may grade them by clicking on the Academic Score Sheet dropdown

  • Once the “Non-Academic Score Sheet” is selected, you’ll see the components you need to grade

  • Clicking back on the Academic Score Sheet brings you back to the previous screen

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question: Why can’t I edit the score sheets?

Answer: This may be due to locked score sheets or insufficient user privileges. Contact your school administrator to enable grade encoding for your account


Question: Why can’t I see any score sheets?

Answer: Ensure that you are assigned as the faculty for the class. If not, check with your administrator to verify faculty assignments. Only assigned faculty members can view and edit score sheets


Question: Why is there an incorrect computation?

Answer: Computation and transmutation settings are managed by the school. If you notice discrepancies, reach out to your school administrator for verification


Question: Why are some students missing from the score sheets?

Answer: The student list is based on the official class roster. If students are missing, confirm with your school administrator to ensure the class list is updated correctly
