This feature allows you to tag students to specific subjects that may not be required for all their classmates.
Subject Tagging also plays a key role in filtering school supplies (such as books). Only students tagged to a specific subject will be able to view and access the corresponding supplies.
Additionally, the subject tagging module applies to grading. If at least one student is tagged to an Advanced, Regular, or Elective subject, the system will generate a separate scoresheet specifically for those tagged students.
To access this module, go to Enrollment > Subject Tagging
If you cannot view the link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your account or role.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
Below is the subject-type guide for reference. Only Advanced, Regular, and Elective subjects are allowed to be tagged to students.
