Audit Trail

The purpose of this feature is to provide a comprehensive view of all transactions made within the system, including the date and time of each action, the user responsible for the change, and the specific modifications made. It tracks any changes in the system and generates a detailed report of all activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

To access, go to Security > Audit Trail.

If you cannot view the link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen

Search the Log

To search through the audit trail logs, click on the search button on the upper-right side of the page and enter the keywords.

Filter by Date Range

• You may set the date range of the audit trail logs by clicking on the date tool on the upper-left side of the page

• Choose any of the date filters

  • Today - shows all logs for the current day

  • Yesterday - shows all logs for the previous day

  • All Time - shows all logs in the system

  • Defined date - specify the dates to be shown
