This feature allows you to set up the enrollment settings in the guardian portal. Changes made here are for the next school year.
The Enrollment Settings is found under the Enrollment > Enrollment Setup
This lets you set the limit of enrollees in the school.
To edit, click on the textbox and input the limit of students
Clicking outside the textbox automatically saves the settings
When enabled, student sections will show in the guardian portal. To enable/disable, click the on/off toggle
When enabled, guardians can download their child’s assessment in the guardian portal. To enable/disable, click the on/off toggle.
This feature allows you to open/close the enrollment in the guardian portal. Changes made here are for the next school year.
The Enrollment Schedule is found under the Enrollment > Enrollment Setup
Click on the toggles right next to the grade levels you wish to enable/disable
A success notification will show up for any changes
This feature allows you to set up the enrollment instructions guardian will see in their portal.
The Enrollment Instructions is found under the Enrollment > Enrollment Setup
Click on the text box and format it as needed
Clicking anywhere outside the text field will save it automatically
If you cannot view the link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your account or role. Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.
