Add a New Section

• In Summary View, click + New Section

• Select a course, then click Add Section

Change a Faculty Assigned

• In Summary View, hover over the section menu, then click Change Faculty

• Select a new faculty member, then click Change Faculty

Tag Free Sections to Colleges/Programs

Restricts student enlistment based on assigned programs.

• In the Summary View, hover over the section menu, then click Tag College or Program

• Select College (course-level) or Program (program-level)

Merge Sections

Merged sections will appear under the main course.

• Select a main section, then click Merge with...

• Select the section to merge, then click Merge Sections

Dissolve a Section

• Hover over the section menu, then click Dissolve section

• Confirm dissolution

Search a Section in Summary View

Enter a keyword or exact name in the search bar and press Enter.

Two-Set Calendar Mode

Enabling Two-Set Calendar Mode

Toggle “Two-Set Calendar Mode” when creating a new Schedule Plan.

Assigning Sections to Sets

• In Summary View, select sections, then click Assign to Set

• Choose Set A, Set B, or No Set Assigned, then click Update Set Assignment
