Clearance Manager

This feature allows you to set up clearances for users.

Access and Navigation

The Clearance Manager is found under the Utilities module

To choose a School Year, click on the SY dropdown on the upper-left side of the page to choose a different school year

If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.

Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen.

Search and Sort Clearance

To search for a specific score sheet, click on the Magnifying Glass icon on the top-right side of the page. Enter the keywords and press enter

To sort, click the Arrow Down A-Z icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select a sorting option:

  • Clearance Name

  • Description

  • Due Date

The sorted results will be displayed accordingly.

Add a Clearance Item

  • To create a new clearance, click on the New Requirement button on the upper-right side of the page

  • Fill up the details needed and check whether the clearance will be a hold order. The Hold orders will prevent students from enlisting for the next school year and/or from viewing their grades

Manage Assigned Students

  • To manage assigned users in a clearance, click on the View Assigned button on the right side of the clearance

  • A new page will show all currently assigned users and their status

Add Assignees

  • While viewing the assigned users of a clearance, click on the Add Assigned button on the upper-right side of the page

  • A new pop-up will show giving you the choice of the users you want to add

    • Selected Students

    • Students of Grade Level

  • Add users as needed and click on OK once done

Mark Clearance as Done

  • While viewing the assigned users of a clearance, click on the Mark as done button on the right side of the assignee’s name. This will mark the clearance as done.

  • The assignee will be moved to the DONE list and the completion date will also be shown

Remove a User

  • While viewing the assigned users of a clearance, click on the X button on the right side of the assignee’s name to remove them from the clearance

  • Confirm your choice to proceed

Edit a Clearance

  • To edit a clearance’s details, click on the Pencil icon on the right side for the item

  • Make the necessary changes then click Save once done

Delete a Clearance

  • To delete a clearance, click the Trash Bin icon on the right side of the item you want to delete

  • Proceed with your selection

📘
