# Payment History

The **Payment History** feature allows students to view their financial assessments, track payment history, and pay balances online if enabled by the school.

## Access and Navigation

To access your payment details, click **My Payments** from your account menu.

## Pay Online

* Click the **Pay Online** button in the Payments section

* A pop-up window will appear where you can:
  * Choose from the available payment options
  * Select the amount you wish to pay
  * Specify the school term you are paying for

## View Assessments

* Click the **Assessment** tab at the **upper-left** side of the page.
* This section displays:
  * A detailed breakdown of your fees
  * Payment due dates based on your selected payment scheme

## Download your Assessment

* To download your assessment, click the **download icon** located on the **upper-right** side of the page
* Your assessment will be saved as a **PDF file**

## View Payment History from Other Terms

To view payment history from a different school term:

* Click the **term dropdown** menu
* Select the term you want to review

## Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

**Question:** I don’t see an option to pay online

**Answer:** Online payment may not be enabled by your school. Please confirm with your school administration.

**Question:** How can I change my payment scheme?

**Answer:**

* You can change your payment scheme **only during enrollment**
* If changes are no longer allowed, please contact your school administrator for assistance

**Question:** I can’t download my assessment

**Answer:** Ensure that downloading of assessments is enabled by your school. If the issue persists, contact your school’s support office.
