This feature enables you to configure and manage various school settings to align with your institution’s needs.
School Settings is under the Settings module.
If you cannot view a link from the list, check the privilege assigned to your user account or role.
Contact your school’s system administrator to request view or edit access if you cannot access the rights management screen
The School Profile contains essential information about the institution, including its name, address, contact details, academic structure, and other key configurations. This section allows administrators to update and maintain accurate school data. The School Profile is under the School Settings menu.
To edit the school profile details, click on any field’s textbox and modify the content as needed
You may also change the school profile picture by clicking on the image and choosing the image to be uploaded
Click Save Changes once done
The School Year Settings is found under the School Settings menu.
To enable/disable grades viewing for the students/guardians, click on the Eye icon next to the term.
Only enabled terms will be shown in the guardian portal.
To lock/unlock score sheet grading by term, click on the lock icon next to the term. This will lock/unlock all scoresheets for that term
To lock score sheets individually by subject, click on the arrow button next to the unlocked term
From there, choose the grade level, strand (if applicable), and the subject to be locked. You may also unlock subjects through the same steps.
This configuration is typically set up when the school is ready to begin the grading period and has finalized enrollment for the upcoming school year.
Starting the next school year is an irreversible process. Please review all settings prior to triggering this
To start the next school year for your school, click on the Start Next School Year button
Agree to the notice and proceed
Schools can customize terminologies to align with their specific processes. The System Label Settings can be accessed under the School Settings menu.
To edit, click on the Pencil icon next to the label name. A pop-up will appear
Make the necessary changes and click Update once done
The Payment Instructions is found under the School Settings menu. To upload payment instructions, click on the “Browse” button and upload a pdf file. This will show up on the guardian’s portal during enrollment
The Integrations is found under the School Settings menu. All school integrations are displayed here, with settings and options varying based on each integration.
The Student Number Generator is found under the School Settings menu. To set up the student number generator, you need 3 things:
Enable the “Generate student number” option
Set up the Student Number Format - Format the student number
Set up the Sequence Manager - Choose the school year and the starting sequence
The Import Wizard is found under the School Settings menu. On this page, you’ll see a list of payment import tools such as Cash, Salary Deduction, Bank Deposit, Check, Credit Card, Online payment, Promissory note, and Scholarship. All import tools have their downloadable templates and the required formatting.
