# System Label Settings

The **System Label Settings** feature allows administrators to customize the default labels used in the system. This ensures that the system terminology aligns with the school’s preferred terms and conventions.

## Access and Navigation

The **System Label Settings** page can be found under the **School Settings** menu.

## Edit System Labels

* Click the **Pencil icon** next to the label name you wish to update

* The selected label will become editable
* Make the necessary changes and click the **Save** button on the right to apply them
* If no edits are made, an **Undo** button will be displayed instead
