Purpose: To setup all other fees implemented by the school such as school ID, TOR, etc.
Prerequisite/dependencies: Students
Output: Fees that can be assigned to student any time.
Go to Planning > Finance Setup > Other Fees
1) Click +New
2) Fill out the necessary details:
Description - what to call the Other Fee
School Term (drop down) - what school year does the Other Fee will be applicable?
Pricing Type - choose between:
Fixed - a fixed amount can be set for that Other Fee;
Variable - amount of the Other Fee can be set upon assignment to the student; Price input will disappear if selected
Price (will only appear when Pricing Type = Fixed is selected) - how much will the Other Fee cost?
3) Once done, don't forget to click Add other fee.
1) Click View students. This will show all the students who has this Other Fee.
2) Click +Add student to assign a new student.
3) From the drop-down, search for the name of the student (can be multiple).
4) Don't forget to click Add once selected.
5) Once added, the fee will appear in the student's financial record (Finance > Payments). To manage Other Fee, see Payments.

3) From the drop-down, search for the name of the student (can be multiple).
5) Since the Other Fee has variable price, set the Price before completing the process.
6) Click Add once done.
7) Once added, the fee will appear in the student's financial record (Finance > Payments). To manage Other Fee, see Payments.
1) Click View students. This will show all the students who has this Other Fee.
2) Click the red Trash can button to delete the student from the Other Fee list
3) Once deleted, the fee will no longer appear in the student's financial record (Finance > Payments). To manage Other Fee, see Payments.
