  • Set your school's custom format or sequencing and issue student numbers with the click of a button.

Subject Components Sorting

  • Go to the Curriculum management scree and freely sort how subject components of composite subjects are arranged. These changes are reflected in the student profile, and report cards.

Redesigned Faculty List

  • Additional columns and filters were added to assist admins in monitoring faculty members from the faculty list.

Minor Changes

  • Add up to 4 decimal places in Payment Scheme due amount.

  • Student Numbers are now displayed in the Student Details section when you select a student from the Payments module.

Grade Levels: New Daycare Level

  • A new grade level for daycare students was added. Make sure to include them in a Unit if the Daycare level is applicable to your school.

Secondary Transmutation Settings

  • Users can now assign if secondary transmutations should be based on a subject's raw grade or the primary numeric transmutation assigned.

Mark Students as Officially Enrolled

  • Users can now manually mark students as officially enrolled via the Payments and Overpayment Transfers 'Mark as Enrolled' checkbox. Previously, students were immediately tagged as Officially Enrolled after the first payment recorded for the School Year.

  • Fixed an issue where widgets some times did not load or did not show in the dashboard.

  • Users may now issue OR and OR Numbers from the Online Payments Dashboard.

Guardian Portal Updates

  • Online Payments: Guardians may process succeeding installment payments via the Balance Widget in their portal.

  • For incoming Grade 11 students, guardians should now be able to select the strand of their students in step 2 of the enrollment process.

  • In the academic grading sheets, we've changed the header of each assessment tool to reflect the date taken instead of the numbers which represented how many assessment tools are being used per grading component.
