The Announcements feature allows administrators to manage system-wide messages that are visible to selected users.

Access and Navigation

You can access Announcements under the Utilities module in the main menu.

Check the privilege assigned to your user account or role if you cannot view a link from the list.

  • Complete the Add a New Post pop-up form:

    • Title: The main header of your announcement

    • Details: A brief description or message content

    • Link: Add a reference link for users. You can enter a label (e.g., "Enroll Now") on the left, and the URL on the right. If no label is provided, "Read More" will be used by default
