Notification Templates

Go to Settings > Notification Templates*

How to Enable, Disable and Edit Notifications

1. To control and edit templates for SMS and Email notifications to be sent, click the “Notification Templates” section.

2. Enable SMS and/or Email notifications by checking the respective checkboxes of each or any of the notification type. Disable them by unchecking the checkboxes.

3. To edit a template, click on its “Edit SMS Notice” or “Edit Email Notice” button.

4. You are given variables that you can use in customizing each template. Use them appropriately.

5. Afterwards, click “Update SMS Template” or “Update Email Template” to save your change.

General Notifications

  • Account Activation (for all users) - Notifies users when their accounts are created. This is triggered each time the email addresses are updated. (Related: Users)

  • Announcement (for all users) - Notifies the intended audience of any announcement posted by the school. (Related: Announcements)

  • Clearance Added (for all users) - Notifies the any user that has been assigned a clearance requirement. (Related: Clearance)

  • Clearance Marked Done (for admins) - Notifies the clearance reviewers when students mark their requirements as done. (Related: Clearance)

  • Intent to Enroll (for students) - Notifies the students to confirm if they will be enrolling for the next term or not. (Related: Intent to Enroll)

  • Reset Password (for all users) - Notifies users when a request to reset their passwords is made. (Related: Resetting Passwords)

  • Student Grades (for students) - Notifies students of their grades for the current term.

  • Email Verification - Notifies the User through their Email regarding the need for their email to be verified

  • Generated Report - Notifies the user that a generated report has been sent to their email

Student Registration

  • New Student Registration (for students) - Notifies interested applicants of their successful registration from the Student Registrations screen. (Related: Student Registrations)

  • New Parent Registration (for guardians) - Notifies the guardians of their successful registration from the Student Registrations screen. (Related: Student Registrations)

  • Accepted Registration - Notifies applicants once their application is accepted by the school

  • Pre-Registration - Notifies the students to fill out the registration form

  • Rejected Registration - Notifies applicants once their application is rejected by the school

  • Verified Registration - Notifies applicants once their application is verified by the school

Enrollment Notifications

  • Before Subject Slot Expiration (for students) - Notifies students when their enlisted subjects are about to expire (Related: Slot Expiration)

  • Enlistment Notice/Receipt (for students) - Notifies students when they successfully enlist for subjects. (Related: Enlistment)

  • Enlistment Verification (for students) - Notifies students once their enlisted has been verified by a school admin (Related: Enlistment Verification)

  • Officially Enrolled (for students) - Notifies students that they are now officially enrolled. This notification includes the assessment or registration form.

  • Slot Expiration (for students) - Notifies students that they have been removed from their enlisted subjects.

  • Cancel Enlistment - Notifies the user that a confirmation email has been sent to their email regarding their cancellation of enlistment

Finance Notifications

  • Payment Cancellation (for students) - Notifies students that the cashier cancelled a transaction. (Related: Payment Cancellation)

  • Payment Record (for students) - Notifies students that the cashier has successfully recorded their payment. (Related: Payments)

  • Promissory Note Record (for students) - Notifies students that the cashier has successfully recorded their promissory note as payment. (Related: Promissory Notes)

  • Statement of Account (for students) - Notifies students of their statement of accounts for the current term with a PDF attached to the email. (Related: SOA)

  • Statement of Account Preview (for students) - Notifies students of their tentative assessment for the following term with a PDF attached to the email. (Related: Preview SOA)

  • Tuition Due Date Reminder (for students) - Notifies students two weeks before their due date for tuition payment. (Related: Payment Schemes)

Faculty Notifications

  • Allow Updating of Grades (for faculty) - Notifies faculty members that encoding of grades for the selected grading period is now open.

  • Intent to Teach (for faculty) - Notifies faculty members to confirm if they will be teaching the following term.

  • Reconfirmation of Teaching Offers (for faculty) - Notifies faculty members to re-confirm the updated list of courses offered.

  • Teaching Offers (for faculty) - Notifies faculty members of the subjects and schedule offered to them for the following term.

Ticket Request Notification

  • New Ticket Request Filled - Notifies all concern handlers assigned in the ticket type when a new ticket is filed

  • Ticket Resolved - Notifies the reporter that the evaluators have marked the ticket as resolved
